With UTSWMyCare, patients can easily manage their health and stay connected with their healthcare provider, all while ensuring the utmost security throughout their healthcare journey.

One of the standout features of the UTSWMyCare app is its comprehensive range of services. Patients can access their medical records, view lab results, communicate through messaging, refill prescriptions, schedule appointments, participate in video visits, and even utilize the wayfinding feature.

What sets UTSWMyCare apart from other health system apps are its unique functionalities. For example, patients can complete video visits seamlessly by logging into the UTSWMyCare app. From check-in to the actual visit with their provider, and even follow-up scheduling – everything is conveniently located in one place.

When it becomes essential for patients to visit our main campus, UTSWMyCare provides a navigation feature that offers turn-by-turn visual and audio directions – guiding patients from the parking garage right to the front desk of their doctor's office.

For those who prefer ride-sharing services, UTSWMyCare has integrated with platforms like Uber and Lyft, allowing patients to request a ride to any of our locations directly from within the app.

UTSWMyCare promises to provide patients with a simple, convenient, and digitally-driven experience. Please note that users must have a MyChart account to access its features and can upload health and fitness data, including data from the Apple Health app, when enrolled in self-tracking programs.
